| Our first matter of concern in a customer specific project is the detailed analysis of the test and measurement task, which we have been asked for to solve. A correct understanding of all the technical and other important conditions is the necessary basis for all further steps. After the analysis has been realised and after its results have been verified by our customer we then work out and present our proposal of the test concept. This will not only cover the technical aspects of the solution but also the commercial conditions of the whole project. | |

After the customer has accepted our proposal of
the test and system concept we then take on the development of all the
necessary hardware and software components, which are not available on the
market. Thanks to a continuously growing stock of already developed and ready to use general-purpose HW and SW components we can offer competitive prices even for very specific development tasks. During this development process we also set-up the complete technical documentation as well as the necessary operator and service manuals |
| Production | |
| The manufacturing of the printed circuit boards PCB or mechanical components is subcontracted to specialised partner companies to which we have established a good partnership over the past years. For our part we fully concentrate on things like the general set-up of the system. We specially pay attention to a clear and functional layout of the system cabinet with respect to instruments, the user interface and the cabling. At the end of every manufacturing process we perform a comprehensive, final check of the overall system performance. |  |
| Installation and Training | |

For the transport to its final destination the system is taken apart and carefully packed. After arrival at the customer's premises it's being set-up and installed in its future working environment by a Testeq specialist. After the system is up and running again it will be subjected to the final acceptance check according to a procedure, which has been predefined and agreed upon in the sales contract. At the same time and in parallel to this installation process the theoretical and practical training for the operators will take place. |
| Guarantee and Service | |
| For Testeq every sold system means the start of
a close and long-term relationship between good partners. Under normal
conditions we therefore grant our customers a one-year guarantee on Testeq
systems and stand-alone equipment. After this period the system maintenance can be arranged on the basis of individual service contracts. Our customers can be assured to have a reliable and available partner for all the questions and problems that might occur during the lifetime of a test system. |
